This beauty is a Brown Pelican. They are very intelligent, seabirds known for their impeccable eyesight & fishing skills.  

These graceful fliers have a wingspan of about 6 feet. 

The Brown pelican is protected by the U.S. Migratory Bird Treaty Act and FWC general prohibitions from take under 68A-4.001
